Keto Turkey Salad | Thanksgiving Leftovers

Every Thanksgiving we have a ton of food left over. We always have a lot of turkey and I find that the longer you store it, the drier it gets, and the less appealing it is to eat. I usually try to remedy this by making a turkey salad and my mother chooses to make turkey soup. Both are great recipes.

But I decided I would share my keto turkey salad recipe as that is the one I prefer to make. Check out the ingredients and the recipe below. You do not have to follow it step by step as I’m sure there may be things you would like to add or remove. Enjoy!

Keto Turkey Salad

This turkey salad recipe is easy to make and great to taste. It is similar to the preparation for a chicken salad or a tuna salad. You can season up the turkey salad however you prefer. The ingredients can also be switched up to whatever you like.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 – 4 cups Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Relish (no sugar added)
  • 1/3 cup Celery
  • 1/3 cup Red Onions
  • 3/4 cup Mayo
  • 2-3 tbsp Mustard
  • 3-4 tbsp Pink Salt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1-2 tbsp Seasoning Salt
