Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 20 mins
- 12 oz Cauliflower Rice
- 8 oz Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 8 0z Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 Cup Scallions
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Diced Onions
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3-5 tbsp Soy sauce or Tamari
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Ginger Powder
Add your oil of choice to a large pan or wok over medium high heat. I used Avocado oil.
Add in the onions and garlic. Wait for it to cook through. Add in the ground beef until cooked medium rare. Then add the cauliflower rice and cook on high until most of the moisture is out. Stirring consistently.
Add in frozen mixed vegetables until thawed.
Then add half of your soy sauce and any extra seasonings that you like.
Try to create a funnel with your mixture leaving an empty space in the middle to add your raw egg. Cook as much of it in the middle of the pan and then mix it in with the rest of the mixture.
Add any remaining seasonings including the honey and the ginger powder. When everything is cooked through and seasoned to your liking remove it from the heat. This can take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes.
