Raspberry Mint Lemonade
This summer drink will put you in the summer mood. Its a mixture of healthy with a bit of refreshing.

Ingredients

blueberries

lemon juice freshly squeezed
1/2

mint leaves
1/2
cup
powdered sugar-free sweetener (monk fruit was my choice)

tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Get a small bowl, add the blueberries and mint and mash the fresh blueberries and mint together with a fork.
Add water, lemon juice, the blueberry and mint mixture, sugar and maple syrup to a pitcher.
Then take an immersion blender and blend the juice mixture together. If you don't have one use a mixer or blend really well with a spoon.
Place some ice into your cup, pour in the juice and drink away.
